Cheryl Crowe has been our Virginia state director since October 2023. She first joined us as a Humane Policy Volunteer Leader in 2018, advocating for animal protection policy and advancements in Delaware. She also completed an internship with the HSLF Federal Affairs team in 2021. Crowe has fostered close to 100 dogs and puppies, and has a soft spot for extra-large breeds, including English Mastiffs. In her spare time, she enjoys running and sewing.
