Cody Atkinson is a lifelong Missourian from Odessa who believes that animals need advocates in the halls of the Capitol and across the state. He has professional experience in holistic and humane livestock management, as well as rural economic development policy. He holds a bachelor's degree from Rockhurst University in Economics & Psychology as well as a master's in Public Administration from Arkansas State University. He and his wife live with their two cats, Lorrie and Dot, and two dogs, Willy and Dooby.
