Susan Rhee comes to the HSUS with a long career in the nonprofit sector focusing on high level donor relations work, from the University of Hawai'i Foundation and Make a Wish Foundation, to leading the charge as Director of Development for the Pacific Whale Foundation. Rhee also worked with the Maui Humane Society and the Hawai'ian Humane Society, helping reach their organizational budget goals through annual giving, planned giving and special events. She is excited to return to animal welfare, working to pass legislation to protect animal rights in the Aloha State.
